Hello Everyone, Happy New Year!

New Year means NEW REVIEWS of your favourite Gadgets and games! I will start to look at brand spanking gadgets that have just appeared on the market. I hope you all have received what you wanted for Christmas, and be sure to try to achieve the goals you have set yourself for the New Year. My will be to make plenty of useful reviews!

Apple iPhone 4 - The Ultimate Smart Phone?

Basics:

The new generation of iPhone's that changed the world. The looks have been improved, and changed to something no-one has predicted. There are also a few new features never seen on the iPhone before. Is it more successful that the iPhone 3GS?

Good/Pros:

The new iPhone 4 design made it the thinnest smart phone ever made, at 9.3mm. The casing has been finished in a beautiful glass finish, which makes it 'shinier' than ever. It also makes the iPhone seem like one heck of an expensive piece of kit, that makes you feel like your the boss.

The new Retina display is probably the most noticeable improvement, of course the design has changed, but so has the technology. The 960x640 pixel screen is the sharpest screen on a mobile we have ever seen. A lot of apps have been improved and updated to make us of the high resolution screen.

Another new feature on the iPhone is the front facing camera, mainly for the use in FaceTime which is a built in video-chat app. You can call other users using Wi-Fi.

The CPU is a lot more powerful... It makes browsing through pictures etc, so much fun and easier. The new five megapixel camera might not sound amazing, but the picture quality is impressive. The iPhone also records in 720p quality, making it even more useful, especially for making home movies!

Bad/Cons:

It's a shame that you do not have a lot of control over your photos. There is no quality choice, or no ISO selection, which is a real shame.

There has also been issues with the antenna, although apple attempted to fix this problem with apps and new casing.

One of the thing that I have noticed with a lot of apple products, is screen breaking. You have to be very careful, making sure not to drop your iPhone, or you will need a new screen.

Overall:

If you are a real Apple fan, this has to been the best iPhone released.

It is a very good smartphone.

The iPod Touch 4G we all have been waiting for!

Basics:

A brand new Retina display screen, a new camera, an amazingly slim body. Is this the ultimate Mp3 player?

Good/Pros:

It has to be the best looking Mp3 Player on the market available right now. The 4G is even thinner than it's older brothers. Anyone who has had the chance to play with it knows what smooth slim this device is. It is simple made to be in our hands.

The brand new Retina display that the iPod Touch 4G and iPhone 4G share and thatApple has introduced is just absolutely stunning. It has a clear 960x640 display - This is great if your a crazy gamer, or just love to browse photos.

The new A4 processor does mean that is can zoom through apps and gaming like never before. I have to admit, it is a lot better than the old processor.

Bad/Cons:

The camera on these Apple devices is quiet dissapointing, and this one is no exception. It has a maximum of 960x720 so that means that you will still need your camera. The maximum capacity of this is 64gb, so people who are crazy of audio, won't be satisfied.

Overall:

Is has to be one of the best iPods out there. It is stunning, slim, it has an amazing Retina display, which gives a good crisp image.
